What is OverDrive Kart Shop?
OverDrive Kart Shop is a UK-based supplier of performance karting parts, based in High Wycombe. Our motto is Race Hard. Spend Less. We offer race-proven parts at competitive prices, with fast UK delivery.
What products do you sell?
We stock sprockets, chains, kart rims, brake pads, kart tools, track rods, nuts and bolts, wheel spacers, axles, sprocket protectors, steering columns, sprays, kart numbers, brake components, OTK pattern parts and 3D-printed items. Browse everything on our All Products page.
What is the OverDrive range?
OverDrive is our own in-house brand, including OverDrive Stealth Sprockets, Low Resistance Sprockets, OTK brake pads and MXC Mag Rims. Each one is designed to give you race performance without the premium price tag.
What are your 3D-printed products?
Our OverDrive 3D Printed collection has practical kart accessories, such as the 3D-Printed Sprocket Holder + Tool Holder.
Do you offer deals or discounts?
Yes. We run “This Month’s Deals” on our homepage, with hot deals on selected products. Promotions are valid for the stated period and cannot be combined unless the offer says otherwise.
Are prices shown including VAT?
Yes. All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT. Shipping is added at checkout.

Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order?
Add your items to the cart and go to checkout. You can check out as a guest or log in to your account for a faster checkout.
When is my order confirmed?
Your order is confirmed once you receive our order confirmation email, which includes your order number and proof of payment. If you can’t find it, please check your spam or junk folder.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, Klarna, Bancontact, iDEAL | Wero and UnionPay.
Do I need to be 18 to order?
You need to be 18 or older, or have a guardian’s consent, to shop with us.
Can you cancel or refuse my order?
We may cancel or refuse an order if the information is incomplete or incorrect, if we suspect fraud, or if payment cannot be verified. We may also ask for extra verification before accepting an order. If a pricing error is found, we may contact you or cancel the order and let you know.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to process my order?
Handling time is 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Our daily cut-off is 4:00 PM (GMT+1), High Wycombe.
Which carrier do you use, and what does delivery cost?
We ship within the UK with Royal Mail. Current rates:
  • Kart Rims: Express, 1–3 days, £7.95
  • Kart Engines: Standard, 3–5 days, £20.00
  • All other products: Express, 2–3 days, £5.99
  • All other products: Standard, 2–5 days, £3.50
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free UK shipping on qualifying orders. Your cart shows how much more you need to add to qualify.
How can I track my order?
When your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking number. If you haven’t received one within 3 business days, email info@overdrivekartshop.com.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
You can request an address change within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, orders go to our fulfilment centre and changes may not be possible. Contact us as soon as you can at info@overdrivekartshop.com.

Returns, Refunds & Faulty Items

What is your returns policy?
You can return most items within 30 days of receiving them. Items must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and come with proof of purchase.
How do I return an item?
  1. Email info@overdrivekartshop.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Wait for approval and return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it by a trackable service to 9 Horsenden Rd, High Wycombe HP13 7TQ, UK. Please do not send returns to the manufacturer.
When will I get my refund?
Once we have received and inspected your return, the refund goes to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Who pays for return shipping?
You do, unless the item is faulty, damaged in delivery, or we sent the wrong item. A return cost deduction of £10–£20 may apply, depending on the item and carrier.
Which items can’t be returned?
Used or worn items, items without original packaging, final sale or clearance items, gift cards, personalised or custom-made products, and items damaged through misuse cannot be returned.
What if my item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos. Under UK consumer law (the Consumer Rights Act 2015) you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. Brand warranties, where offered, are shown on the product page.
Can I exchange an item?
We can’t process direct exchanges. Return your original item and place a new order for the one you want.

Subscriptions & Support

How do your monthly karting subscriptions work?
You can subscribe to race essentials like chains, sprockets and brake pads and have them delivered every month. Select a product on our homepage to see its subscription options. You can skip, pause, change or cancel at any time with no cancellation fees, by logging in to your account or contacting us. To avoid being charged for your next order, make changes at least 48 hours before your next billing or shipping date.
